Dovercraft Marine Limited

Dovercraft Marine was established in 1977 by John VanHalteren and provided service for the underwater gas industry on Lake Erie. Also in 1977 Dovercraft started a boat building division and constructed it’s first 40 ft crew boat, the Joshan. In 1987 Dovercraft developed a marina on Black Creek which accommodates 250 boats for winter storage and 82 summer dockage slips.
